Jonathan Gustin, MA, MFT is a purpose guide, integral mentor, psychotherapist and spiritual teacher.   He is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice with offices in San Francisco and San Rafael.
   Jonathan has taught throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including, Spirit Rock, CIIS, JFK University, The Non-Dual Wisdom and Mental Health Conference, Marina Counseling Center, Bank of Marin, Drew High School, iRest Institute, and Vajrapani Institute.  Jonathan has co-taught with human potential pioneer George Leonard, buddhist activist Joanna Macy and depth psychologist Bill Plotkin.  Jonathan teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mind-Body Medicine, and Integral Life Practice at San Francisco Kaiser Permanente.
  Jonathan founded Green Sangha in 2000, a spiritually engaged environmental activist organization with chapters in the East Bay, Marin County and San Francisco, and is featured in the movie documentary “Renewal,” a film on spiritual communities responses to environmental challenges.    Jonathan founded the San Francisco Integral Awakening Center in 2003.  The centers primary offering is the Integral Awakening Group, which for 7 years has been a meeting place for students who want to explore both sides of Spiritual Awakeing: waking up to the Oneness that moves through all things and to their specific life's purpose.  This group is co-taught by Jonathan and an outstanding roster of guest teachers including: Adyashanti, Joanna Macy, Bill Plotkin, Duane Elgin and Sally Kempton.  Other SF IAC offerings include: The Integral Awakening Process (developed by Jonathan), the Underworld Journey (a distilled version of the Vision Quest,) and Finding Your Life's Purpose Seminar.  (www.integralawakeningcenter.com)
