An integral mentoring session may look like a typical psychotherapy session: two people sitting together dialoguing about the client’s life.  However, here are the differences.

Integral Mentoring is about integral health, gathering support in your life to develop all sides of your being. In Integral Mentoring you choose areas of your life that need nurturing, coaching or spiritual mentorship.  We dialogue together, becoming co-explorers of your particular issues, which can include: relationship, creativity, spiritual life, career, or life direction issues, amongst others.
